We are not responsible for damage of items once you take possession. FURNITURE and Large/ heavy item purchases: YOU MUST bring the help, tools, or whatever will be needed to remove and load your items. Monster Estate Sales will not be able to assist in moving, dismantling and loading of Large items. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES! We take the health of our AUCTION WINNERS and staff very seriously. Items not picked up during the designated time slot will be considered forfeited without refund. There are NO exceptions.

It is recommended that fragile items be picked up in person. Shipping charges are in addition to all auction charges. A shipping invoice will be emailed to you through Paypal. No items will be shipped until paid. There are no refunds on purchased items if shipping charges are more than you expected. Shipping invoices must be paid within 72 hours or your items will be forfeited. Purchases under $50.00 will have a $10.00 surcharge in addition to shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
