NO SCHEDULED PICK UPS. LARGE ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES DURING THE HOURS OF THE SALE.
CASH please, no cards. No refunds or credits. Buyer’s remorse or buying on speculation are not valid excuses for returns. Known checks may be considered.
WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIPPING ITEMS, let alone payment for items in any way other than standing on line, being at the sale in person, and paying on the day of the sale, in person. If we wanted to sell online/off site, we would use estatesales.net market place.
With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.

This is a quick, one day event in Garrison Saturday, June 1, 9am-4pm and all priced to go. A sweet home that was purchased in 1966 and it’s a captivating time capsule of a former NYFD member. Collectibles, Mid Century bedroom furniture, Mahogany dining table and matching china, NYFD lockers, tools, lots of hardware, kitchen, beer collectibles, lighting….Bring help to move large items. We cannot do it for you, especially with our pricing.
