Any items not picked up will be considered forfeited with no refund. If you cannot pick up on Feb 28th please contact us prior to bidding, or do not bid. Please view all photos carefully for condition details. If you have any questions about an item's condition please ask us prior to bidding.
You must provide your own bags, wrapping, packing material, boxes and movers. We are not responsible for packing or moving your items. If you win a large item you must bring moving help. We will move large items to front door or driveway. It is your responsibility to load your own vehicle.

You must submit your sales tax exempt form prior to bidding and paying or you will not be eligible for sales tax exemption.
