GREAT NECK SUMMER SOIREE MOVING SALE

This amazing auction will close on August 24th beginning at 5pm.....bids are currently being accepted at the opening price and will finalize at the close of the auction, August 24th. Remember that there are reserves in place for each item, usually somewhere in between the low and high estimates......the item will not sell until this reserve is met. If you want to win something, please bid high and bid often to secure your favorite piece. The items value will only surpass the reserve if there are many interested parties......If you want to win, you can always ask for a guidline on pricing, and we will be happy to accomodate your requests with a fair reserve. Please bring adequate help and tools with you on the day of the pickup, which will be Wednesday the 27h and or Thursday the 28th from 10-1. This home has been SOLD and the closing is on the 29th, so we will need to adhere to these pickup days and time.
