The gentlemen that owned the house was originally a mechanic, then went into the white collar world, but continued to enjoy his DIY projects. He purchased all of the tools necessary to do various large projects around the home. But, he didn't seem content buying 1 tool, he purchased several of the same! So, we have a very large amount of tools for sale. Many of the construction materials are brand new.
He was in the middle of collecting all of the materials needed to finish his basement and create an apartment with a small gym room. Unfortunately, his health didn't stay strong, so he is unable to finish his projects. We are helping the family liquidate the contents of his home to help pay his medical bills.
