Dates of the sale are posted says only, from 10 am to 3pm on all days. Absolutely no early birds. Cash, Venmo, Paypal and credit accepted and preferred. Please respect all parking signs. Respect the neighbors and please don't park on their lawns, block any driveways or fire hydrants. Security on site. Not responsible for accidents, or lost or stolen items. All sales final. No Returns or Refunds.

Parking here will be tricky, please make sure to respect neighbors. No outdoor shoes allowed. You may bring waterproof booties, slippers, socks, indoor shoes to change into.
