Our staff provides numbers prior to the start of the estate sale; Approximately 1 hour Prior to opening the Sale!
We accept cash & credit cards with proper I.D.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
7) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
8) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
9) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
10) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

This week’s estate sale stop brings us to Irondequoit (near Irodequoit High School) for a Saturday and Sunday sale!
Due to the large quantity of items we are selling, please note we have extended our hours Saturday from 8:30 to 2:00 and on Sunday we are starting at 9:30 and will be open until 2:00!!!! As always all remaining items on Sunday will be 50%!
This sale is filled with lots of items that are either brand new or hardly used!!! First time home buyers or apartment renters, deal seekers, and anyone looking to upgrade or replace items they already have will benefit when they stop in to shop this weekend!
Starting with our “Appetizer”…….”Home Décor’” is your shopping category! From candle lanterns and heaters, to battery operated candles, to a great selection of lamps, artwork, and holiday items (including Easter) you will be able to redecorate your home for any season or style!
For your “Full Course Meal” we have extensive collections of Copper Chef, Technique and Temptation Cookware and Bakeware! We may even have more small kitchen appliances than some mom and pop retail stores…….well that may be a slight exaggeration but you get the idea!
For “Desert and the Naptime that follows” you can relax watching some classic TV sitcom DVD sets (Mary Tyler Moore, Bewitched, and Bob Newhart among them) on our new Samsung 32” Full HDTV! If you like music we have a selection of individually priced albums and a selection of albums and compact discs under our “4 for $10” promotion! If you are nostalgic for the “Boombox” era with have 4 great choices from AWA, Panasonic and Sony! Gamers can even go back in time and purchase either an Atari Flashback 4 or Flashback 7 game system!
Rounding out our sale is a great collection of family games, a Kenmore washer/dryer set, two brand new air conditioners, a handful of brand new fans, more Tupperware than some neighborhoods, and much much more!
