TERMS: Auction Terms and Conditions- Please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions of this online sale before bidding.

Acceptance of Terms - Buyers registering for and placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale. Before you can place your first bid, you MUST click accept Terms & Conditions. When you register you must check the box hereby accepting the Terms and Conditions.

Bidding Starts: Tuesday November 22, 2022 starting at 10am EST.

*Bidding Ends: Saturday December 17, 2022 starting at 10am EST: See individual times for exact closing times.

*Extended Bidding: This is a timed auction with a staggered closing, starting at 10am EST on Saturday December 17, 2022. Each item will close with 20 seconds between each lot. If a bid is place in the last 3 minutes of the closing the item will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes.

PICK UP: Sunday, December 18 and Monday, December 19 , 2022 starting at 12 noon – 6pm EST at Rochester Auction House, 1850 E Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14622. Many items are PICK UP ONLY! Please read the description of the item you are bidding on carefully for shipping possibilities.

**Items must be picked up on the stated pick up days. You the buyer agrees to this when placing your bid. If you cannot make pickup please send someone else to pick up your items. Please bring help if you need it plus please bring your own boxes, packing supplies and anything else you may need to remove your items purchased.

Rochester Auction House LLC will disclose what we know about the merchandise, however it's the buyer's responsibility to preview any and all items, or call with any additional questions before placing a bid. There are no thorough conditions reports!
Rochester Auction House LLC provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect all goods to be sold. All purchases should be made at the buyer's own recognizance and inspection. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subject to these terms. All lots are sold "AS IS". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rochester Auction House LLC and consignors make no guarantees or warranties as to the authenticity of any of merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance of provenance be deemed a guarantee.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS - NO CHARGE BACKS.

We attempt to note any obvious problems, but there are no thorough condition reports.**
*Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (EXAMPLE - $10.00 x 4 equals a total bid of $40.00)
Payment Terms:
All sales are strictly in U.S. Dollars
Mastercard, Visa, or Discover - There is a 20% Buyer's Premium on every purchase regardless of payment.
*Sales are only to the card holder/registered buyer.
NO CHARGEBACKS
*Payment is due upon closing of the auction.

BUYER’s PREMIUM: All sales are subject to a 20% Buyer’s Premium: Reference to Buyer's Premium is made in the Auction Terms and Conditions, the advertisements, flyers and catalogs, etc. Buyer's Premium is a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.

Bidding Increments:
*All items have a starting bid at the beginning of the online bidding. Increments will follow different schedules depending on the auction. Rochester Auction House LLC reserves the right to lower the bid increment at any time if there are no bids on items when the auction is closing. Rochester Auction House LLC also reserves the right to change increments as an auction is closing if there is no active bidding, just like a live auction in the gallery.
*You agree to these Bidding Terms and Conditions when placing a bid.
*When placing a maximum bid on an item you are agreeing to pay at any amount up to your maximum bid.
