The auction house reserves the right to remove or cancel any lot at any time, before or after the sale, including at the request of the consignor.

PAYMENT

If you have a credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged once invoices are sent.
If no card is on file, buyers must contact LiveAuctioneers or the auction house to provide payment within 3 days of the auction close.

SHIPPING

At this time, we offer LiveAuctioneers Live Shipping only.

ITEM HOLDING POLICY

All paid items must be shipped or picked up within 14 days (2 weeks) of the auction close.
Items not shipped or collected within this timeframe will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS

Non-paying bidders will be reported to LiveAuctioneers, blocked from future auctions, and may be subject to account restrictions. We maintain a strict policy against non-payment, and failure to complete a transaction may result in permanent bidding privileges being revoked.
