All lots are subject to the terms and conditions of the auction and are sold AS IS without any guarantees or warranties of any kind. There are no returns or refunds based solely on condition. All catalog descriptions and statements are the opinions of the cataloger and/or auction house and should not be interpreted as fact. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to request a condition report and ask for additional photos or information prior to bidding. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy only and represent opinions, not guarantees. MCS Antique and Estate Buyers is not responsible for any oral or written statements regarding damages, restorations, defects, losses, or alterations.
