The sale will be held in both the house and the barn.
• All sales are in person and final; nothing will be sold before the sale. Please do not call, text, or email about any items before the sale.
• We have no control over items advertised in the sale that are then reclaimed by the client before the sale. We do our best to keep the photos as up to date as possible.
• Cash & Venmo only, no checks will be accepted.
• When shopping during our sales, you enter the property, shop, and park at your own risk.
• Please bring help and a vehicle to load large items. Some large items may need to be disassembled for transport.
• If bringing your own bags or boxes, you will be asked to empty them completely at the time of checkout.
• Our sales happen rain or shine!

Estate sale moved offsite to to the McNary Center in the Village of Kinderhook. The home of a collector, traveler & writer, this sale includes something for almost everyone you know!
Furniture, antiques, cameras, leather wallets, clocks, lamps, holiday decor, antique postcards, books small collectibles & more! She was also an avid writer who used refillable ink pens & had a large collection of notepaper.
Additionally at this sale we will be joined by several collectors who have “popped in” to sell their collectibles. Including glassware, African masks, jewelry, maps & more!
