Why is it called the "Tennis House"? This charming, story-book home has a unique unique history (that some locals may be familiar with )...but we don’t want to give it away, just yet! Come see for yourself, and be transported back to a bygone era  . . .  long, lazy summer afternoons and ladies who lunch . . . with the sounds of buzzing cicadas . . . and the pop - pop - pop of bouncing tennis balls… Curious?

What you see in the photos represents a fraction of our wares. The selection is vast and distinctive, clean, curated and chosen with care. It’s just as you might imagine, when you think of what a great estate sale should be. Classy, with just enough quirky.  Understated, with a touch of outrageous. You'll feel like you’re visiting the home of your favorite great-aunt (if your favorite great-aunt had great taste, and loved to shop at flea-markets). Colorful and campy, this is the place to find that certain, vintage je ne sais quoi to add to your wardrobe or decor, or study.

We're Hudson Estate Sales, we know the score, and it’s to your advantage. You are going to Love-Love what we serve at the "Tennis House" in Larchmont!
