Sale Dates: April 1 & 2
Hours: 9am – 3pm
- No presale inspections or early entry.
- Numbers will be given out by Seller beginning at 8:30am on April, 1. You must be in line to receive a number. No lists will be honored.
- Shoppers will be limited in the house at Seller’s discretion.
- Entrance to house will be thru the Front door only.
- Exit from the house will be thru the Garage door only.
- Booties will be provided and must be worn in the house (or shoes removed) to protect floors for the next owners.
Payment: CASH & Carry Only
(Community Bank ATM – 2 mins drive – 23 Commercial St, Livonia)
- We will utilize 'SOLD stickers' if you wish to purchase large items.
- We will place a 'SOLD sticker' on the price tag for you. This will hold the item for you, until you are able to load it in your vehicle, before the end of the Sale.
- Please write your name and phone number on the SOLD tag.

o All Sales are Final. No Returns or Refunds.
o ANY damage to property or contents is your responsibility.
o All purchased items must be removed by 7pm Sunday, April 2. Please bring your own help to carry out and load large items.
o Items left after 7pm, April 2 will be disposed of at the Seller’s discretion. No refunds for items left.
