Cash is preferred and Paypal and Credit Cards accepted with a 3% upcharge.

Buyers enter the house at their own risk and there about have to climb about 15 steps into the basement.

House belongs to a former American Airline pilot, Naval Academy graduate and antique dealer with ties to the Clarence Antique Center. The wife was a former teacher, avid quilter and 1962 graduate of Cornell University.
