Pick-Up Date: Sunday, February 20, between 10-3 (Snow Date, Monday, February 21 between 10-3)
Items must be picked up during this time frame or they will be considered forfeited without refund.

We endeavor to note any flaws in our auction items. Please study photographs closely. All auction items are sold As Is/Where Is and there are no returns or refunds.

We do not have movers on site. If you are purchasing large furniture, please provide your own movers and packing materials. We don't wrap or pack small items, please bring enough packing material and boxes to safely transport your items home.

COVID-19 RULES: You MUST wear a mask and keep distance from others at pick up. Only one person permitted in front hall of home for pick up at a time. If you have movers, they also must wear masks and only two movers are allowed in the house at a time to carry your furniture.
