By participating in any ToastyGold Auctions & Estate Sales event, including online auctions, estate sales, and private liquidation sales, buyers agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Final

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

Item Descriptions & Photos:
Descriptions, measurements, and photos are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and asking questions before bidding or purchasing.

Payment:
Full payment is required within the stated timeframe following auction close or purchase confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved electronic payments.

Pickup Requirements:
Buyers are responsible for bringing all necessary tools, packing supplies, moving equipment, and labor required to remove purchased items safely.

Furniture & Large Item Removal:
Large furniture and heavy items must be removed carefully without causing damage to the property. Buyers assume all responsibility during removal.

Shipping Policy:
We use a third-party shipper for eligible small items when applicable. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE. Shipping costs, packing fees, and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Pickup Deadlines:
Items not picked up during scheduled pickup times may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

Bid Retraction & Cancellation:
ToastyGold reserves the right to reject bids, cancel sales, remove items, or refuse service at our discretion.

Condition of Items:
Vintage, antique, and used items will naturally show wear consistent with age and use. Buyers should expect imperfections unless otherwise noted.

Liability:
ToastyGold Auctions & Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses occurring on sale premises or during item removal.

Buyer Responsibility:
By bidding or purchasing, buyers acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
