It is the responsibility of the Buyer to initiate contact VIA TEXT with the Auction Manager and begin the shipping arrangement. Please allow 72 hours for a response as it is a first come first serve basis, don’t worry I see your text and will get to you as soon as I can. --If you get any of my references (movies, songs, pop culture etc) that is in the title or description in ANY (not one you win) lot, and text it to me when you set up shipping, you’ll get $5 off (discounted from shipping). But you have to either finish the quote/lyric, name the movie/song & character/artist, or tell the person who said the quote (pop cultural references only), I’ll also accept random gif/pics relating to the answer, This is meant to be fun! Shipping IS available at the cost of the bidder. USPS Flat Rate or Ground. Combined shipping only available within each auction. Vintage Haus is not responsible for any items damaged during the shipping process. Insurance for invoices up to $100 are free. For invoices totaling more than $100, additional insurance can be purchased for an additional cost and is at the discretion of the bidder. Bidder assumes all risks and liability of their product once it is dropped off at the post office or other mailing center.

Please allow up to 7 business days after shipping payment is received for items to be shipped.
Accepted forms of payment for shipping are Zelle/PayPal/Venmo/AppleCash/CashApp.
Zelle has no fee.
Payment via PayPal/Venmo/AppleCash/CashApp will include a 3.5% fee.
-Payments sent under "Goods and Services", "Buyer Protection" or similar will have an additional 2.99% +$0.30 applied, totaling to 10%

BUYERS CONTRACT:
BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of VINTAGE HAUS are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to VINTAGE HAUS including sale price, buyer’s premium, and all applicable sales tax and/or shipping costs. You are also responsible for following the shipping instructions. Do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession or set up shipping of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No REFUNDS, returns, exchanges or credits. After 24 hours any unpaid invoices will have lost the opportunity to cure and will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment has gone through and the invoice is paid.
If you do not want to enter a binding contract with Vintage Haus, DO NOT PLACE A BID.

BIDS:
Placing a bid signifies you have read and agree to all the information stipulated in the Terms & Conditions Parts I & II, and Pickup & Shipping details Agreement. Buyers must be very careful in placing bids, as once their amount is entered, it is NOT retractable. Vintage Haus is unable to access your bids to view, modify or cancel. 

If you are uncertain about bidding on an item or the Terms & Conditions stipulated herein, please send an inquiry first and DO NOT BID, until satisfied.

BUYERS PREMIUM:
Auction Ninja automatically calculates the bid amount and Buyer's Premium and provides you with the Bid Total (Bid + Buyer's Premium). This amount does NOT include tax. BE VIGILANT! You may have to scroll down to see the Bid Total amount. You are liable for the Bid Total, whether you see it or not. The Bid Total, along with applicable sales tax, will be charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.
If you do not want to pay the Buyer's Premium, then DO NOT BID.


SALES TAX:
All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must submit the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate to Auction Ninja for review, AT LEAST 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to the end of the sale. You can submit the necessary information through your Auction Ninja Profile settings. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions. 


ITEM DESCRIPTION:
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AS FOUND. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. We will always share our best opinion as to what we think things are but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding!

PHOTOS are an integral part of the description. We provide multiple photos and measurements along with other pertinent information. Please take the time to examine and review everything. Again, please ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding if you need further details!

FORFEITURE OF ITEMS:
UNCLAIMED ITEMS, for either Shipping and Local Pick Up auctions, will considered ABANDONED and FORFEITED. NO REFUNDS will be issued and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. Once forfeiture occurs, Vintage Haus reserves the right to relist the item or sell it to the back up bidder. Shipping must be arranged by the client within the 72 hour timeframe. If you do not TEXT the Auction Manager within 72 hours of auctions end, you will forfeiture your items and will NOT receive a refund. Sending a message through Auction Ninja does not satisfy the texting requirement. If you miss the scheduled Pick Up time for Local-Pick Up Auctions, you may be able to schedule an alternate day and time. IF YOU MISS THE ALTERNATE PICK UP YOU WILL *ABSOLUTELY* BE BANNED. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee nor should it be an expectation.
If you do not send texts, or are busy on the day or time of the Auction Pick Up, then DO NOT BID.

Since the Auction Manager is not a pop culture savant, any (not too niche) suggestions such as different movie/song genres, decades, or anything else you’d like to see text them to Cj! One suggestion will get $1 off shipping, and two or more will get $2 off!
Please try to avoid politics less than 50 yrs old, religion, anything too raunchy, etc.
Please try and make it applicable and new, for example I need a new reference for the color pink- can’t be Grease, Mean Girls, Pink Panther.
(I can’t keep referencing Grease and Family Guy)

Coupons are $5 off shipping can be used for each auction but only once per. Anyone can redeem! You do not have to submit answers for lots you’ve won. You can submit any answer, for any lot. If you do not win in the auction you placed bids in, let the Auction Manager know! She will honor the $5 coupon for future auctions! (She just may need a reminder when that time comes.)

$10 Discounts are applied to shipping costs and can be used only once. In the event shipping costs less than the Discount amount, the unused portion is lost.
Coupons and Discounts cannot be combined.
It is the winners sole responsibility to mention the required coupon or discount info prior to sending payment for shipping. Info can be found in the Special Instructions above.
