- NO ENTRY NUMBER REQUIRED. Initially, we may limit the number of people allowed to enter at one time. As someone leaves another person may enter. Entrance and Exit only through main door on front porch.
- NO BUYER's PREMIUM FEE. At an auction you would pay an additional BPF.
- NO PRIOR SALES.
- CASH preferred; personal or business check accepted, IF proper photo I.D. presented and known to us. Sorry, no access to debit or credit card. ATM's available near sale area. There is a $100.00 service fee added for a returned check for any reason!!
- Prices firm first day of sale; however, on Friday, we will gladly accept your written bid offer for item(s) and you will be notified Friday evening, if successful bidder or not. On second day of sale, all items reduced at opening. Later, reduced more. ALL ITEMS MUST BE SOLD!
- No large purses or bags allowed. We have temporary shopping bags available for your use. No strollers or carriages allowed in house due to large volume of items and small walking area.
- For your larger purchases you will need help to remove. Due to insurance restrictions, our staff will not be able to assist you.
- NOT responsible for any accidents or any contracted illness.
- NO smoking anywhere on this property, even outside.
- Main floor of this home is handicap accessible for walkers or cane only. Due to limited space wheel chair would be very difficult to maneuver. Lower level of home is not handicap accessible.

When the owners purchased this home they furnished it with the best furniture and accessories that were available and are now considered vintage - Stanley, American Republic-Tell City; Temple-Stuart and Ethan Allan.  There is no shortage of "new" gift items and stocking stuffers, both of the vintage and contemporary eras - all in original packaging!  Lots of vintage clothing and accessories, some with original tags- Vera Bradley, Brighton, and Coach.  We are still working in this home and as we find special items we will add them.  This is a wonderful sale packed with items - you will not want to miss it - it will be "de ja vu" for many of you!  The photos tell the story.

C. 1950's diminutive cupboard made by American Republic - Tell City Furniture. In excellent condition with original stenciling and finish.
