As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding

Description & Details
SUNDAY HALF PRICE AND FILL A BASKET FOR $10. BASKETS MUST NOT BE OVERFLOWING OR WE WILL CHARGE ACCORDINGLY.
Old Farm house out near Creekside Flea Market in Livingstonville. Filled with a variety of items. Everyday, Antiques, Antique Furniture, Tools, Golf Clubs, antique Christmas, older toys, Tons of Ephemera, Some records, antique glassware, baseball cards, Nintendo stuff, craft items, old bottles, kitchenware, collector plates, valentines, books, linen, small amount of clothes and so much more.
This is on old home usually closed up for the winter. So we have minimal heat, no water (no bathroom) and electric is sparse. So dress warm, bring a flashlite. Floors are uneven so you need to be able to be careful where you walk. We do have stairs to see second floor and walk in attic. You may park on lawn, please be courteous so others can get in and out. Culverts on each side of entry will be marked with orange cones. You can park at barns across the street. (They are not part of the sale). Children would not be happy here! Highly Unlikely I will be there early!
GPS will tend to bring you many back roads. For some it may be easier to put in Creekside flea market in your device and you will see my signs on the turn off of Route 145.
