This is a cash only sale.
All items must be removed from premises the day they are purchased. Clients are asked to bring their own bags boxes and muscle to remove all items from the Sale. No one will be available to help clients remove their merchandise from the property.
This is a two story House and the stairwell to the second floor does not have handrails. Clients will need to use extreme caution when going up and down the staircase to the second floor. In addition, the back porch and the garage/barn have uneven floors and have multiple levels.
