Morris Ny Farmhouse sale

This is an online only sale. Items can be purchased by cash, Paypal, or check with vaild ID. Items will be able to be looked at by appointment only when making a purchase. Address will be given when buyer is ready for pick up. Delivery will be made available based on location with a fee. Items are sold as is and no returns will be accepted. Items in sale will not be saved unless paid for before arranged pick up and pick ups must be done within 3 days of purchase. When viewing by appointment or during pick up please limit it to 2 persons. No one is allowed on property unless arrangements have been made.
