All items are sold as is. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review photos or ask specific questions before the close of the auction. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up their items on location after the close of the sale, with scheduled pick-up time. Shipping is not offered unless direct arrangements are made with the auctioneer. By bidding on an item you are entering into a contract to pay for your purchases. 20% buyer's premium will be added to every purchase, along with New York State sales tax, unless you have a resale form on file.

- The credit card you register with will be charged automatically 3 days after the close of the sale. Please call 716-474-0952 or email goldntimes15@gmail.com prior to that 3 day point if you plan to pay with cash or a check. There is a 3% surcharge added to all auction invoices paid by credit card.

- Purchases over $2,500 are to be paid with cash or check.

- Any out-of-area purchases below $2,500 must be paid with a credit card before shipment. Purchases over $2,500 must be made with a certified bank check.

- For new customers purchasing silver, gold, or jewelry, we require payment by check or cash.
