Everything is sold AS IS with no guarantees, exchanges, returns, credit, or refunds unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. When a written guarantee is provided, refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of taking possession. Chargebacks are not permitted; filing one constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in collection action and a ban from future auctions.
DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranty of any kind unless a written guarantee is provided by the auctioneer. Descriptions, photographs, and statements reflect our good-faith opinion, not fact.
It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect lots and submit condition questions in writing before bidding. By placing a bid, the buyer confirms they have had adequate opportunity to inspect and waives any claim based on description, photograph, or condition, except where a written guarantee applies.
PAYMENT
The card registered with HiBid will be charged within 24 hours of the auction close. Update your payment method in your HiBid profile before the sale closes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no discount for check, wire, or cash. All payment communication must be by email. By bidding, you enter a binding contract to pay.
If your card is declined, alternative payment must be provided within 48 hours of notice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation, banning from future auctions, and collection of the full invoice.
New buyers: Purchases over $2,500 - or any silver, gold, or jewelry purchase - must be paid by certified bank check, wire transfer, or cash.
SALES TAX & BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 23% buyer's premium applies to all purchases. Sales tax applies as required by law. Sales tax exemption (ST-120) must be submitted to info@goldntimes.com before the sale closes. Sales tax is generally not charged on out-of-state shipments where Gold N Times has no tax obligation. Once charged, sales tax will not be refunded except in cases of administrative error.
PICK-UP
Buyers must arrange payment and collection within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date. Any changes - delays, early pick-up, or someone collecting on your behalf - must be confirmed by email to info@goldntimes.com before your scheduled time.
Merchandise left more than 30 days after the auction closes with no communication will be deemed abandoned and resold. The original buyer remains responsible for the full invoice.
Pick-up is at 15 Genesee St., Mount Morris, NY 14510 and is scheduled by last name:
Last names A-M will pick up between: 12pm - 6pm, Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Last names N-Z will pick up between:12pm - 6pm, Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Space is limited and we cannot store items. Bring assistance and packing materials for large lots.
SHIPPING
Gold N Times does not automatically ship every lot. If you need an item shipped, email info@goldntimes.com after receiving your invoice. Our third-party shipper charges actual shipping plus a packing and handling fee.
FIREARMS
All firearms require an FFL transfer and NICS check through Sugarbush Armory, 2065 Clinton Street Rd., Attica, NY 14011. Payment must be made to Gold N Times before pick-up; bring your paid receipt to Sugarbush. Transfer fees: $35 per long gun, $50 per handgun, with a discount for multiple transfers. Shipping arrangements for firearms must be made directly with Sugarbush. All firearms are held at Sugarbush for viewing.

Lewis calendar regulator), cobalt blue-decorated stoneware, Federal and Sheraton furniture, pine cupboards, etc.
