Dix & Doherty presents a Mid-Century collector's fantasy sale in the famed, waterfront neighborhood of Davenport, near downtown New Rochelle. This 1950's single-owner, split-level home was the epitome of Mid-Century style in its day--even being featured in a 1965 issue of House Beautiful--and it retains much of its original furniture and decor.
