Important Pickup Restrictions – Please Read Before Bidding

This auction has unique property restrictions that all bidders must understand before placing any bids.

Auction winners are not permitted to enter the apartment under any circumstances.

On the scheduled pickup day, a professional moving crew will be on-site to retrieve all purchased items from inside the apartment and deliver them directly to you in either the lobby or service entrance, depending on the size of your items. From there, you will take possession and transport your items to your vehicle.

Pickup will be handled one person at a time, in order. While this system is convenient for buyers, it does add additional time to the pickup process.

Communication Requirements
Due to the volume of pickups and the possibility of multiple buyers arriving at the same time, phone calls may be difficult to answer. All buyers must text their estimated time of arrival (ETA) along with their invoice number prior to arriving. Please also send a text once you have arrived at the lobby. You may attempt to call, and we will answer if we are able to; however, if we cannot take your call, please send a text and we will respond by text or return your call as soon as possible.

By bidding in this auction, you acknowledge and accept the following:

You may experience longer-than-normal wait times during pickup

All items will be brought down to you by the moving crew

You must remain in the designated line until it is your turn

You will not enter the apartment at any time
