All sales are final. You may store your bags in my kitchen, bedroom, or keep them on your person.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, though we are certainly not anticipating that kind of behavior.

Please note that the sale is located on a fifth-floor walkup of a private apartment building. There is no elevator access.

Please bring help to load larger items if needed. We cannot help with loading/unloading, though most of the furniture can be carried by one person/put in a cab.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Please bring your own bags whenever possible, I will have some on hand as well.

Note: This is primarily a downsizing sale for designer vintage/vintage clothing, with furniture/housewares as the secondary offering.

I am downsizing and decluttering my small apartment in the Upper East Side, and I especially need to get rid of some of my large collection of vintage clothing. I have been collecting for many years and I also have my own vintage shop, Quinby Vintage. I have completely outgrown my space and must prepare for a move to a larger one in the New Year.
