Shipping and Handling
All orders will be shipped by The Jewelers Queue. Free shipping for all orders in the United States. For international shipping we charge $50. We will ship 1-2 business days after payment is received. The jewelry will come with a gift box and safely packaged. We will provide tracking as soon as the item is shipped. All packages are insured.
Sales Tax
Online purchases from The Jewelers Queue may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption. All purchases shipped within New York are subject to NY sales tax rate unless the Purchaser has a valid tax exemption number that will be applied to the invoice.
Terms
By placing a bid for an item, you are entering into a legally binding contract with The Jewelers Queue. If you are the winning bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase the item from the seller. The Jewelers Queue will have the final discretion in determining the winning bidder. All payments have to be made 3 business days after the invoice is received. The Jewelers Queue will set the reserve bids.
Buyers Premium
The Jewelers Queue will not charge a buyer?s premium on top of the final hammer price.

Returns
Returns may only be made with written authorization of The Jewelers Queue. To request a return, the bidder must provide a written request within three (3) days of receiving the lot, fully explaining the basis for the return. All authorized returns must be received in the exact condition as originally shipped, otherwise they will be returned to Buyer at Buyer's cost. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Refusal to accept merchandise delivered by The Jewelers Queue to the bidder constitutes an unauthorized return in direct violation of these general terms and conditions.
The Jewelers Queue disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for any particular purpose. While The Jewelers Queue representatives, to the best of their ability, describe the items for sale, any statement, whether oral or written, by the Auctioneer or by any of The Jewelers Queue representative are mere opinions and shall not be deemed a warranty or representation regarding the property offered for sale.
