All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS and all sales are final. All lots are sold with no guarantees of any kind, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block or in the description or title of the lot in the catalog. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and their own knowledge. All sales are final.

All bids must be placed through LiveAuctioneers’ online platform. Bids over telephone or email will not be accepted.

The absence of a condition report does not mean the item is free of damage or defects. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to inspect and/or preview all lots prior to auction and/or to request a condition report prior to sale. Items sold are often of some age and as such may have associated wear. If you are unsure of the condition, please refrain from bidding as ALL lots are sold AS IS WHERE IS and by placing a bid in the auction, the bidder is accepting item in its current as sold condition.

All items are sold without additional documentation, unless otherwise specified. All jewelry is rigorously verified by our Graduate Gemologists on staff, and we strive to only sell the finest of pieces. Verma Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-list lots in this auction.

We offer in-house shipping on all orders. Please expect a line on your invoice for shipping charges. Please expect 7-10 business days for shipping to process. We do not offer order pickup unless otherwise specified.
