Although we do not presently control entry numbers, we do honor the numbers established by the customers. Customers' numbers will be checked when they enter the house.
The first customer to arrive at the sale may start the numbers. Whoever starts the numbers is required to maintain the numbers by waiting at the house or by having someone else continue the numbers until the sale starts. Please keep these numbers at your vehicle for distribution. If you are not online when the sale doors open, you will need to go to the back of the line.
Also, please be considerate of the neighbors while waiting for the sale to begin.
Household contents to include following items:
1. Living Room Contents: Sofa, two upholstered arm chairs, area rug, seversl Hummels including two large umbrella boy and girl figurines, two Hummel dolls, assorted Hummel collector plates, approximately twelve Disney figurines, bar/server, electronics, etc.
2. Dining Room Contents: Ethan Allen Queen Ann dining table with chairs, china hutch including contents (assorted Lenox china serving and decorative pieces, crystal serving pieces, silver serving pieces, Spode Christmas crystal, etc.), microwave oven, display cabinet, contents of cabinets and drawers, Georg Jensen Christmas ornaments, etc.
3. Bedroom Contents: Three bedrooms includes: Ethan Allen chest of drawers, desk, twin bed, lamps, contents of closets, drawers and cabinets, etc.
4. Kitchen: Common items found in a kitchen; natural wood table with chairs, etc.
5. Basement and Garage: Workshop and hand tools, (including antique carpentry tools), slide projector, blanket chest, vintage luggage, chest of drawers with mirror, assorted 1960’s-70’s Tonka trucks and other makers, miscellaneous toys, ephemera (collectible photographs, ration coupons, diary, etc.), landscaping/gardening tools, ladders, Rogers silver coffee/tea service, etc. (garage contents will be moved into house).
6. Additional Items: Some sterling silver pieces & coins, BB air rifle, jewelry, pocket watches.
