Where do we start?!

This house has been closed up for over 50 years. You will not find anything with a barcode inside of it! Literally a treasure trove of early advertising. From Perfume bottles, Medicine tonics, Local pharmacy bottles, Milk bottles (local Norwich & areas), Canning jars by the bushels, Flasks bottles, to Coffee & Food tins, Condiment jars, Food boxes, Egg cartons, Butter Churns, primitive kitchen utensils, just getting started…, Postcard albums, loose postcards, early photo albums, loose photos, lots of Almanacs from the late 1800’s-1950’s, advertising for just about everything-from mailing adverts, fans, catalogs, booklets, tags, & more, most local from Norwich-Binghamton-Syracuse, early books, Worlds Fair Colombian Expo items, local political items, lots of magazines, local Norwich newspapers, Montgomery Wards 20’s-30’s catalogs, crates, advertising boxes, and I’m probably missing some! Whew! That’s just the advertising.

Textiles-quilts, early 1900’s clothing-women’s and men’s, early denim patched pieces, early wool undergarments, aprons, shoes, hats-hat pins, buttons(loads), woven rag rugs-various sizes, early pennants, and flags.

Furniture- quite a few matching Bedroom sets with beautiful spoon carving on them, Victorian carved sofas, Victrolas and records, Green painted cottage bedroom set with hand painted flower details, original Hoosier cabinet, early trunks painted in the old blue/red color, blanket chests, band box, library desk, drop leaf tables, various rockers & chairs, fainting couch, spinning wheels, stands, trunks, yarn winder, quilt stretchers, and much more!

Misc.- Childs games-puzzles-toys, dishes-Ironstone, washbowl sets, 

This sale will also be inside the Barn as well. Pictures will let you know where everything will be located at the sale. Please bare with us, this is a huge undertaking to get this ready for you all. No prices will be given out ahead. We simply don’t have the time to answer those kind of questions. Keep in mind this house has been closed up for over 50 years. While it is safe to be inside the house we are limiting how many at a time will be allowed in. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
