We are pleased to present the contents of this remarkable home located on 45 rolling acres including a pair of Mario Boda Shogun Table  Lamps and matching Floor Lamp, an inlaid Arts & Crafts period 10 foot Brunswick Pool Table, a Castro Convertible Twin Size Sleeper / Chair, Oriental, Art Deco and hand woven Rugs, provincial bedroom sets, signed prints and other original artwork,  and much more!

Of special interest is the collection of high-end electronics including a McIntosh MHT200 A/V System Controller, a calibration microphone, a Sony x555 turntable, Phase Technology three piece set PC 3.5 Bookshelf speakers, a pair of ADS L1290 tower speakers, an Adcom room selector, a Miller & Kreisel Woofer, two HP printers and fax machines, a 55 inch flat screen TV and other electronics, and a huge collection of scupture, artifacts and souvenirs from world travels.

The sign up list at the front entrance to the property will be honored when we open.

Parking will be in the fenced corral at the right when you enter the driveway and all vehicles will be required to park in this area.

The house is located approximately 400 feet up the driveway and is by foot traffic only.

Only vehicles necessary for pick up of large items will be allowed beyond the parking corral.

In addition and in accordance with NYS law, all customers will be required to wear face masks and maintain distance requirements.
