This is an estate of a well-known Penn Yan family that collected both primitives, period and mid century eras of furniture, artwork, art pottery,

decoys, quilts, coverlets, etc. etc. Some MacKenzie-Childs pieces and other collectibles. Simplicity LT125 riding lawnmower. Some general household, microwave and small appliances. Tools. No large appliances for sale.

This is a very interesting sale and one you don’t want to pass on.

Lucite and glass top mode century modern table. Like new condition. Primitive chair in original paint. Tiger maple table-no drawer. An interesting oil on board. The next photo has signature. Signature on previous oil on board photo. A BRITTO limited edition print of his earlier work. Very colorful and fun. He is creator of “ The Happy Art Movement”Walter S. Taylor was a man of all seasons and known primarily for his Bully Hill Wines. He also had a very artistic side and created this limited print edition with his original signature dated 1978.
