The home was built in 1847 by Hiram Chapman, a noted ship captain, abolitionist, and horticulturalist. Our client, a talented artist and antiques dealer, lovingly restored and expanded the home and grounds. All 5500 sqft are filled with great antiques, quality furniture, holiday decor, and more!
