Expressionist, plein air painter and sculpture artist: Kathleen Pisaro built a one of a kind house at the edge of the woods in Southern Erie County. It is filled with her fascinating and whimsical furniture and art from several design eras in the local region, and countries abroad. Some of her collections include artisan pottery, Buffalo China restaurant ware, Mid Century Japanese tea cups, porcelain, stained glass, original paintings, frames, art supplies, holiday, photographs, Victorian figurines, kitchenware, glassware, pewterware, classic toys, vintage clothing, accessories, books on art, psychology and philosophy. Kathy was on the Board of Directors, a Vice-President, and a long-time member of the East Aurora Society. In addition to her artistic gifts, Kathy was a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist, recently retired from private practice at East Aurora Psychological Services.
