Description & Details
An “extraordinary sale” is the only way to describe this upcoming event! During the preparation we are finding exceptional antiques and collectibles, decorative art and high quality contemporary furnishings. The set up has uncovered a large Rogers era figurine of Cupid, an Italian mid 18th century gilded gesso mirror, a collection of sterling silver items and a rare Majolica porcelain shoe, complete with mice decoration from the W. S. Schiller & Company.
The Victorian era brings us dioramas, lithographs, a beaded picture, a fine beaded curtain, beaded bell pulls, an elegant decanter and a chandelier.
From Asia we have Chinese and Japanese ceramics, a Japanese porcelain platter with insect decoration, a Chinese ivory puzzle ball, a Chinese wedding basket, a garden seat and a rare Japanese porcelain Kundika. There is also a Chinese lacquered trunk from the late Ching dynasty and a framed hand painted Chinese fan.
Our long list of miscellaneous items includes a bronze and glass chest, mid century modern light fixtures, a French Carriage clock, French art glass, wood carvings, decorative ironware, crocks, mercury glass, opaline glassware and many pieces of fine porcelain including Paris, Austrian and German.
There are mirrors and art work and much, much more – bookmark this page as we’re still finding items as yet unpacked, so check back regularly as we’ll be adding more to the description and more pictures of items for sale.
