No public bathrooms available - please go before you come!
No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
There are two highly strung animals in house. Other animals set them off. Animals are inside house, sale is held in two car garage and driveway.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.
Owners will be on site during sale - please keep your comments civil.

The following is a list of subject matter included in the sale:
Christmas! All aspects - Christmas cards, wrapping paper, gift boxes, ribbon, decorations (vintage and contemporary), mini fiber optic trees, lights galore, Christmas Village buildings, accessories, people, trees and lights, animated lawn decorations, plus more ornaments than you can shake a stick at!
Clothing (men’s [L/XL]/women’s [8-10, shoes size 7s], colder weather sweaters, coats and accessories), retro, vintage and contemporary pieces available. Many evening gowns and party dresses! Including a boxed/preserved bridal gown. All are perfect for Halloween costume parties and priced cheaply!
Lighting fixtures, table and desk lamps, floor lamps, chandeliers, luminaries candles and votive holders of all decorative periods
Vintage and retro (1940s-60s) vacuum tube radios (some working/some projects)
Upholstered bar stools (one set of three/one set of five), bookcases, vintage trunks (small, medium and large), end tables, antique gaming table, rocking chair, small demi-lune, plus more to come as we empty the rest of the basement and first floor
