There is 8% sales tax, 12% Buyers Premium and a 6% convenience fee will be added to card transactions. All items sold in "AS IS" and “As-Found” condition. Subject to errors and omissions. Please bring help load your items. Our staff will not carry or load any items. All large furniture will require pickup after sale hours which will be arranged by liquidator. Children must be supervised. All purchased items must be removed at time of purchase unless other arrangements are made, this does not include Large Furniture. All items are sold as is and there are no returns, refunds or credits. There are no restrooms available, no exceptions.
