- ONLY TWENTY-FIVE (25) PEOPLE ALLOWED ENTRY AT A TIME into three floors of home. If you are interested in Workshop you may line up in front of
building next to home and we will allow ten (10) people at a time into this building. When someone leaves another may enter.
- PLEASE, no strollers in home; space is limited due to the large number of sale items.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no guarantees and no refunds!
- NO PRIOR SALES
- CASH preferred; personal or business check accepted, IF proper photo I.D. presented and known to us. Sorry, no access
to debit or credit card. ATM's available near sale area. There is a $100.00 service fee added for a returned check for any reason!!
- NO BUYER's PREMIUM FEE. At an auction you would pay an additional BPF.
- Prices firm first day of sale; however, on Friday, we will gladly accept your written bid offer for item(s) and you will be notified Friday

This historic 1838 home is filled with antiques and collectibles. The owner's, John and Barbara O'Brien, also former owner's of Good Old Days Country Store, are moving to a warmer winter climate. They are leaving behind for you their treasures from decades of collecting Americana and Folk Art from throughout the USA. Also, there is a wood working shop that any craftsperson would dream of having all this equipment. As we work in the various areas of home we will be adding items. This is a sale you do not want to pass on. Home is air conditioned, so hopefully all will be comfortable! The photos and descriptions tell the story of this great sale! - Sporting Goods: Box lot of vintage shotgun shell boxes and shells (not for use due to age); Martin compression bow, tree stands, arrows, etc.
- Primitive decorations: both old and contemporary.
- Books: Many antique reference books and magazines; collection of new Judy Condon books; sporting and hunting related books.
