Bring help to move and load heavy items. We are old and not as strong as we used to be.
No pets of any kind. Family is allergic to dogs and cats.

Estate filled with massive amounts of tools and supplies, glassware, clothes, and small amount of furniture. Lots of corded and cordless power tools all in good shape. Small drill press, table saw, bench sander, 3 chop saws, work lights and more. Lots of middle range electronics. Lots of mens clothing and size 11 footwear all in good condition. Lots of records. Outdoor tools, two push lawn mowers and small riding mower in good condition. Lumber—30 1 x 6 x 8’ treated boards, 10 4’ x 8’ x ¾” wafer board, and misc. lumber.Like new scaffolding. Many spools of cable, chain, rope, and straps.

Sale will be in Mountain View Lane, Queensbury, NY. July 24, 25, 26, 2026. House number will be posted the day before. This sale has no reserves.
