- No need to wait until the last day. We negotiate every day of the sale!
- Discussion of Prices and Price negotiation only in person at the sale! However, everything will be priced reasonably to sell.
- No items will be sold in advance of the sale dates.
- COVID-19: Due to the resurgence of Covid-19 cases and the Delta Variant, masks must be worn at all times when in the house. There will be no exceptions, including those exempted for medical reasons.
Terms of Sale:
- Payments Accepted: Cash, Checks Credit Cards and Venmo.
- All Items sold in “As-Is, Where-Is” Condition. All Sales Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.
- Seller does not provide delivery. Buyers must bring help to move heavy items.
- Bringing boxes and paper is recommended.
- We will be collecting sales tax. To be exempt from paying sales tax, you must complete a New York State Form 120 Resale Certificate. No Exceptions.
