YOU MUST BRING LABOR, DOLLIES, BLANKETS,  and schedule your pickup when Auctions by Wendy calls on Friday. PLEASE, PLEASE answer your phone, or text me back. Scheduling is imperative, as this is a closed community. A wall unit can not be moved at the same time as a bedroom set, PLEASE, PLEASE answer your phone, I will try my very best to respect and appreciate your time, please respect the owners and neighbors on a Saturday morning. 

Pick up is 9 am to 1 pm only, if you can not make this time, send an Uber, your gardener, a neighbor, a friend, your kids, or parents, let me know who is picking up for you, please, thank you.

There are no refunds for forfeited items.
