Our staff provides numbers prior to the start of the estate sale; Approximately 1 hour Prior to opening the Sale!
We accept cash & credit cards with proper I.D.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
7) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
8) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
9) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
10) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

This week’s estate sale tour stop brings us to Brighton for a Saturday only sale!
If you are in need of stylish and quality furniture “Thomasville” is the key word at this weekend’s sale! Starting with our Dining Room Table and 6 Chair Set and our 4 Drawer, 2 Door Buffet Style Credenza you will have all that is necessary to transform your dining room! Moving on to the comfort of your living room, with our Thomasville Couch, Coffee, and 2-End Table Set, we have you covered! And when it comes time to “relax” with your new living room furniture set you can chill out with our Samsung Flat Screen TV OR go back in time and listen to music with our Vintage Panasonic AM-FM Sound System with Speakers! If you want a visual, check out our photos! Music will be coming from the Panasonic Sound System during our sale!
So, we also have a “White” Room where pretty much all the furniture and décor items we staged are “white” or close to white in color scheme! You will also find our Thomasville Queen Bed Frame and extremely comfortable, very close to new, Simmons Beauty rest Haleigh Queen Size Mattress!
Lastly, if you are in need of appliances and do not want to pay “Big Box” prices come see us! We have a Whirlpool Washer & Dryer Set, a Frigidaire Refrigerator-Freezer, and a GE Turbo Freezer! All are in excellent condition!
