Cash, checks, and credit cards (for over $50) accepted. All sales are final. Please bring help to load large pieces of furniture.
This is our first sale since the reopening of New York State businesses and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, the following protocols have been put into place under the guidance of the New York State Department of Health:
1. When you arrive at the sale, please report to the "Check-in" table, which will be outside of the house. At the table, you will have your temperature taken and be given rubber gloves, if you want them. You will also be asked some quick questions about your exposure to COVID-19 within the past 14 days. Hand sanitizer will be available at the table, as well. Any customer who wants to leave contact information may do so.
2. Twelve customers may enter the home at any given time during the sale. Once in the home, you must wear a mask (that you provide) and respect the social distancing requirement of staying six-feet away from other customers. Xs will be taped to the floor in the home to help you maintain this distance.
3. The hold table will be outside of the home and this is where you may take merchandise to hold while you continue to shop and, ultimately, be written up. Once you are finished shopping and have received a sales slip, you will be requested to pay for your merchandise at the cashier's table, which will be next to the hold table and have a protective barrier for everyone's protection.
4. Please know that the home and its personal property have been cleaned and sprayed many times, and the disinfecting process will continue throughout the sale.
