No previews. All cash. To maintain civil order customers will need a number to get inside the house. You may give out your own numbers among yourselves and we will follow yours when we show up. PLEASE WEAR A MASK and maintain a safe distance .Please be kind and do not wreak the house when searching. Please don't come into the house with cups of coffee in your hand and please discharge yourself at home or at the diner before coming into the home. We do not discuss prices of items over the phone. We don't negotiate and work out pricing over the phone, After you see our items in person and are in agreement and money changes hands do you own it it. We don't " hold " things. Its not fair to the clients who show up early. Some clients line up at 7 AM. First come are always first served and get the best items early in the morning

The house of a retired NYPD Officer who bought the house in 1968 and never discarded anything. His son is Ted Rogers Jr. of Survivor 2002 Thailand. We have his autographed boots for sale. Huge collection of LP record albums. We are over 300 and still counting. Tons of paper ephemera. We have gold and silver jewelry and watches.
