Roslyn In-Person Estate Sale by all American Tag Sales

●IF YOU ARE THE FIRST PERSON TO ARRIVE PLEASE START NUMBERS OR START A LIST!

●First come first serve!

● Do not park in or block driveways. Check signs for any parking regulations.

● Do not congregate or gather on either the physical property where the sale is being held or those in the area and be mindful of the noise level.

● Please form a line 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the sale using the sign-up sheet. Entry will be delayed if there is a large crowd in front of the entrance when the sale begins.

● Bring your own bags and boxes, tools to take apart items if needed, as well as help to move larger items.

● All American Tag Sales reserves the right to inspect all bags/boxes/bins/etc. before entry or exit of the sale.

● All sales are final and items are sold as-is and where is.

● Cash only.
