We accept Cash & Credit Cards (4% Fee). If you are interested in an item but can't make the sale we accept Credit Card payments by phone along with Paypal We will ship the item also. There will be NO pre buying or NO early viewing. If you need information on an item please EMAIL your request. If you purchase large items please bring some help with you or we can hire someone to do it. Bring your own boxes and bags for purchases we don't supply these items. **Incredible St. Johnsville Estate Sale -Antique-Collectables-Historical Items. This is one sale you don't want to miss! This sale will have over 20,000+ items from a lifelong antique collector (70+ yrs), with many historical items from the local and surrounding villages, county and state. Please go to the photographs we are providing with the picture and description of the item, we will be adding many more photographs as we go along setting up and pulling items from the attic and various rooms. Keep checking back often as we will update every few days until the sale start date. In the meantime if you have questions about an item email us @ mvescny@gmail.com please don't call or ask how much something is, I won't tell you.

**This estate sales will be held in 2 separate locations (same property) the house and the garage due to the size and amount of items, both will have separate cash out POS from each other.

**First day of sale a sign in book will be posted at 7am sharp, no other book or sign in sheet will be used prior to 7am, must be present when signing in, you can stand in line in order that you showed up before 7am and wait but please be respectful to the nearby neighbors. Entry to both locations will be strictly enforced on the amount of people allowed in at one time. Please bring help to move larger items. Parking will be one side of the street only. This will be a CASH & CARD ONLY SALE!

***** Bibles with family names on them are from the 1800's with a large mixture of a certain family names not just one family member.

*******For those who are calling in on the first day you would have to call after 10am on the first day and I will contact you in the order I receive the calls that day, I will contact you after 430pm. There's no way possible to do it during the sale and to also be fair to those standing in line.
