 St. Johnsville Estate Sale -Antique-Collectables-Historical Items. This will be part #2 of this sale due to the size of the first sale. Items will be reduced from their original price, there will be box lot items and items we will bundle.  This sale will have over 10,000+ items from a lifelong antique collector (70+ yrs), with many historical items from the local and surrounding villages, county and state. In the meantime if you have questions about an item email us @   mvescny@gmail.com please don't call or ask how much something is, I won't tell you.

**This estate sales will be held in 2 separate locations (same property) the house and the garage due to the size and amount of items, both will have separate cash out POS from each other.

**First day of sale a sign in book will be posted at 7am sharp, no other book or sign in sheet will be used prior to 7am, must be present when signing in, you can stand in line in order that you showed up before 7am  and wait but please be respectful to the nearby neighbors. Entry to both locations will be strictly enforced on the amount of people allowed in at one time. Please bring help to move larger items. Parking will be one side of the street only. ****************This will be a CASH Only ****************
