2. Please come prepared to disassemble and move any items you purchase.
3. No deposits or partial payments are accepted. Items will not be sold unless paid in full at the time of purchase.
4. Sales tax is included in all prices.
5. No holds or reserves are placed on items ahead of time.
6. Numbers will be provided for initial entry each day.
7. Please be respectful of neighbors and other customers when parking.

9. Please remember that these are not my personal items to sell and that the client might decide to keep or remove anything shown or listed prior to the sale.
10. Items that are paid for and not removed at the time of purchase will only be held until the end of the sale on the final day. Items not picked up before then will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

***Please note that the parking spots in front of the garage directly at the house are only for pickup and turning around. Lawn spots will be available near the house. Parking is also available at the barn halfway down the driveway. Street parking is available if you don’t mind a brief walk down the driveway***
