All Sales Final, No Returns or Refunds. You enter Property at your own Risk – there is one set of stairs that require careful travel and steps down through the house back by the garage,
Shop at your own Risk and Park at your own Risk. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur on property, so you come at your own risk. Driveway will be for Pick-Ups only.
Buyer is responsible for Carrying and Loading your own items. BRING packing for items purchased – some boxes will be available!
The sign–in sheet will be at the front door to reserve place in line – you must stay after signing in until numbers are given out in the morning or lose your place (honor system in play). Items must be removed on the day of sale, unless approval is received.
