1. All sales are final and CASH ONLY. No refunds. All items are sold as is.
2. Please come prepared to disassemble and move any items you purchase.
3. No deposits or partial payments are accepted. Items will not be sold unless paid in full at the time of purchase.
4. Sales tax is included in all prices.
5. No holds or reserves are placed on items ahead of time.
6. Numbers will be provided for initial entry each day. The numbers get put out when the address gets posted, so if you see the address then the numbers are available.
7. Please be respectful of neighbors and other customers when parking.
8. Please call or text with any questions (518-369-0038).
9. Please remember that these are not my personal items to sell and that the client might decide to keep or remove anything shown or listed prior to the sale.
10. Items that are paid for and not removed at the time of purchase will only be held until the end of the sale on the final day. Items not picked up before then will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
11. You break it, you buy it.
12. 518 Estates LLC and the estate homeowners are not responsible for any accidents or injuries to any parties, or damages to any vehicles that occur.
